Soft wafers and savoury waffles
We recommend switching on the waffle maker just before mixing the ingredients and on the other hand to heat the manual mould on completion of the mixing.

– 2 eggs
– 50g of oil
– About 180gr of flour(the weight can change according to the type of flour)
– 180gr of milk
– About half a teaspoon of salt
– A teaspoon of yeast
– A choice of tuna or sautéed vegetables or smallgoods.
Beat the eggs until they are swollen and fluffy, add the oil and milk a little at a time, alternating between them; add a teaspoon of salt, sift half the flour and sprinkle it into, sift the rest of the flour with the yeast and add to the mix. Mix well and add the chosen ingredient to the dough.
Open the already warm and oiled waffle maker and pour in about a spoonful of the dough into the middle of the plate and close it using the wooden handles. After about 30/60 seconds remove the wafer with a spatula or fork and let it cool on a wire rack or plate.
